Set to an uplifting Latin and International soundtrack ZUMBA fitness is a type of intermittent training session that is fresh and exciting.

These classes take basic core dance steps from well known dance forms such as the Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Soca, Samba etc and combines them with more aerobic fitness elements such as squats and knee lifts. 


Classes incorporate effective, easy to follow warm-ups easy to grasp choreographed dance routines and end with a cool down and stretch element.

The non-stop party like experience is exhilarating and invigorating and can make you forget that you are working out.

You will improve your muscle tone, increase your stamina, develop your coordination and generally do wonders for your well being by taking part in these classes.  


ZUMBA fitness is designed to be accessible so you can increase or reduce the intensity of your work-out by modifying exercises to suit your current levels of fitness and ability. 

ZUMBA gold classes are particularly suited to active older adults or those        people starting out on their fitness journey and seeking an easier introduction.


All you need is comfortable sporty clothing, footwear that you can safely dance in

(trainers with minimum tread are advised)

water to hydrate with,.. a towel

and a desire to work out whilst having FUN!.
